My Approach

  • FUNCTIONAL

    An able-bodied human should be able to push, pull, squat, crawl, lift, carry, run, jump, and more. By creatively combining these functional movements and their variations, I design exercise programs to help support your everyday life.

  • INTUITIVE

    I’m here to listen, guide and support you on a sustainable fitness journey. I’ll ask you to check in with your body and track how you’re feeling from session to session. Underslept and overwhelmed? We can take it easy. Full of vim and vigor? We can push harder.

  • CONVENIENT

    I travel with all the tools we’ll need for our sessions, whether that’s just a mat for bodyweight/movement based training, or dumbbells and a resistance band for more strength and mobility. I deliver training to you in your living room, garage, backyard or nearby park.
